America's Classic Floats - 7/8 Oval/Spring

Balsa rides lower and pulls under with less resistance than a plastic bobber, so a fish that takes your bait doesn't feel much before you set the hook. The 7/8" oval body floats a nightcrawler, a chunk of worm, or a small jig and minnow without sitting up on the surface like a cork, and the fluorescent top stays easy to pick out at the end of a long cast or across a chop. The spring locks your line at whatever depth you set it — no stops or beads to rig — which makes this a shallow-water float: stocked rainbows in a community pond, bluegill and perch off a dock, white bass up in the spring shallows. Stained wood body, 5½" overall, made in the USA.
