Two inches, 5/16 oz, balsa body, runs 4 feet. The whole DT design is built around one idea: reach the stated depth fast and hold it. The thin polycarbonate lip pulls the bait down almost immediately after the cast instead of making you burn half the retrieve getting deep, so the lure spends its entire trip in the strike zone rather than a third of it. Balsa is what gives it the side-to-side roll you can't get out of a molded plastic body — lighter material, more responsive, still working at slow speeds. Live Bluegill is a natural panfish pattern with dark vertical bars over an olive-gold back. Throw it when fish are keyed on young panfish, and lean on it in clear water where a bait has to look like something specific to get eaten.
